Welcome to Kaynan. By accessing or using the Kaynan mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kaynan services, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws in Somalia.

2. Description of Service

Kaynan provides a mobile utility interface allowing users to purchase, configure, and monitor internet and voice bundles offered by telecom providers in Somalia (including Telesom, Somtel, and Soltelco) via automated USSD interaction.

3. User Account Responsibilities

You must provide an active mobile phone number to verify your account via OTP.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient carrier mobile balance prior to initiating USSD bundle recharges.
You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Carrier Services & Availability

Bundle pricing, quota allocations, and network connectivity are governed by the respective telecom carriers (Telesom, Somtel, Soltelco). Kaynan does not control carrier network outages or USSD gateway delays.

5. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app deletion feature or via our web deletion portal at https://kaynaandata.com/public/delete-account.
